Handheld App

The handheld app for Apple iPhone, iPod, and iPad devices has been developed by Idealpos to enhance customer service provided by staff. Providing users with advanced functionalities to place their own orders, this application is a convenient time-saving tool that can be carried in their pocket.

The STS Software GmbH team conducted extensive study on our Australian client’s business and industry. In order to prioritize end-user convenience when recording new orders, updating canceled and postponed orders, it was imperative to maintain a balanced menu design. Our top priorities were simplicity, the creation of robust cybersecurity solutions, and optimizing for efficiency and speed.
